Crew’s Japanese Coffee Jelly
Recipe (makes 4 servings of jelly):

10g agar powder

60g sugar
-
220ml water
Instructions:

Mix agar powder and sugar together.

Next, add the concentrate and water into the mixture and make sure that all the dry mixture is fully dissolved.

Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to boil using low heat while stirring continuously. The mixture will start to thicken as it reaches boiling temperature.

Once the mixture has come to a boil, turn off the heat and remove any scum from the mixture.

Before the mixture cools, pour the mixture into a heatproof tray and let cool at room temperature for around 1-2 hours.

Pop the jelly into the fridge for at least 2-3 hours.

Serve chilled.
