Freshly roasted Ethiopian coffee beans sourced from the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee. Grown at a high altitude of 1500 - 2200m, the Ethiopian coffee beans are well know for their crisp acidity and fruity floral notes. Medium roasted for a well rounded body and balanced acidity that performs well in all brew methods. Perfect for espresso machines, moka pots, aeropress, french press and cold brew.
