Sourced from the leading coffee producer in Costa Rica and roasted in-house, our limited edition Costa Rica beans from the Sonora Estate boasts a unique combination of citrus acidity and sweet roundness that is prominent in both milk-based espresso and manual brew. Despite the prominence of strong citrus notes, acidity is balanced out by sweet stonefruit flavours and finishes off with a lingering chocolatey undertone. Our roast highlights top notes of refreshing lemonade and sweet apricot, and finishes off with black cherry and dark chocolate undertones.
